Solid! For People

Over the last 15 years I’ve learned different approaches to my personal development, learning and growth – as a human being, parent and in my work with people, families and groups.

I know from my personal experience that life isn’t always straight forward – especially when you’re juggling with different roles and responsibilities with career, family, home and personal relationships – time to focus on your direction and what’s important for you is limited.

Having time with someone who is objective, non-judgmental and confidential as well as having the tools and techniques can help you re-focus and make a difference to your life, work and relationships.

If you want to change something whether it’s life changing or life enhancing, Solid! offers a range of coaching and training programmes to help you make the difference.
