Solid! People

Sarah Lee

Sarah is the Director of Solid! She has a post graduate certificate in Personal and Business Coaching, is a Master Practitioner in NLP as well as being an experienced trainer. Sarah is a member of the National Council of Psychotherapists and the Coaching Circle and is committed to their professional code of ethics.

Sarah has 15 years experience of developing leaders, teams and projects in the Theatre and Entertainment Industry and the Community, Voluntary and Public Sector. Sarah has a wide experience of coaching and her clients include:

· Executives, managers and business owners

· Actors, theatre managers and creative people

· Public and voluntary sector managers and team leaders

Alan McClean

Alan is the Company Secretary and has experience in the Entertainment Industry and Manufacturing. He’s the expert in finance and is Finance Director for Malvern Tubular Components and Group Financial Controller for the Tricorn Group. Alan is also a practitioner in NLP.

Matthew Chandler

Matthew is our marketing man with a wealth of experience in marketing and sales.

Lee Hood

Lee has been working on the Solid! brand and all of our promotional material and printing.
